CancelEase

Let customers cancel eligible orders themselves, under rules you control.

• Safe by default. Every order is re-checked against Shopify right before it is cancelled.
• Your rules. Set the cancellation window, refund and restock behaviour, and reasons.
• Clear records. See every cancellation, blocked attempt and failure in one place.
